These Terms and Conditions govern use of henzo.pk and purchases from Henzo. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns & Refunds Policies. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

About Henzo

Henzo is an online-only ecommerce store operating from Karachi, Pakistan, with no public walk-in outlet.

Eligibility and customer information

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract or use the store with a parent or guardian. You are responsible for accurate contact, delivery and payment information and for keeping account credentials secure.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products, specifications, images, prices and warranty information accurately. Screen colours and manufacturer packaging may vary. Availability is subject to stock and supplier confirmation. We may correct a genuine catalogue error before dispatch and will contact you if it affects your order.

Prices, discounts and shipping

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. A displayed discount or compare-at price applies only as shown and may change before order acceptance. Shipping and any special handling charge are disclosed at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase, not final acceptance. We may verify the order, payment, stock, destination and contact details. An order is accepted when Henzo confirms it for fulfillment or dispatch. We may decline or cancel for stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination or another lawful reason. Any amount already received for a cancelled order will be returned appropriately.

Payments

Current methods include Cash on Delivery and bank/online transfer where offered. Follow payment instructions carefully and do not send funds to an account that was not confirmed through Henzo's official website, email or WhatsApp number. Card payment is not currently available.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery estimates, charges, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Warranty

Warranty duration and coverage vary by product and brand. Only the warranty stated on the product listing, invoice or warranty card applies. Henzo coordinates eligible claims, while inspection and remedy may be determined by the manufacturer, importer or authorized service centre. Warranty normally excludes misuse, accidental or liquid damage, voltage fluctuation, unauthorized repair, normal wear and consumable parts.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with website security or operation, submit false orders, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, scrape the store unlawfully or use the services for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Intellectual property

Henzo's branding, layout and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Website content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party services

The store relies on Shopify, couriers, payment services, suppliers and service centres. Those services may have their own terms. This does not remove Henzo's responsibilities for your order under applicable law.

Availability and liability

Temporary website or service interruptions may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henzo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Events beyond reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay caused by severe weather, courier disruption, public restrictions, network failure, supply interruption or other events beyond reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version published when an order is accepted applies to that order unless law requires otherwise. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and applicable laws of Sindh. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Karachi, Sindh may hear disputes, without limiting a mandatory consumer forum or remedy.
